    Insurance won't pay full repair cost

    I have 3rd party, had accident but don't feel I was fully responsible, we reversed into each other and I was going slowly. my insurance will only pay about half, the guy is asking me to pay the rest which I think is unfair since I've already paid the excess. What do I tell the guy?
