Is this a legit transaction (steam) or a scam

Telkom and XBL, PSN and Steam
Hi I use a 384kbps, capped ADSL line from Telkom - cue laughter - and I am unable to connect to any of these gaming services; XBL, PSN and Steam. I was wondering if there are any know default settings on my router that are preventing me from connecting to these services? Thanks for the help.- Granadia

Steam - CoD:MW2 - Why does it need to re-download the whole game every weekend?

Does any one know the port that Steam uses to connect me to their server. Seems I'm having trouble connecting to them. Same problem occured with my xbox live account, but by entering the required port number into my router I was able to reconnect. Hoping this would fix my problem and any one... -
