Is the link to check ADSL speed on the exchange down? I keep getting Page not found...

My exchange is enabled (Bothasig), but I still sync at 4mbps, and on top of that I only get 1.5mbps download maximum on my line:-(
something wrong with the back-haul from the exchange.

"exchange supports ADSL

Maximum speed available in your area: 4096kbps"

Does Telkom not have a roadmap of which exchanges will be upgraded to 10 Mbps ?

So Durban beachfront is still on 4mb? Last year it showed 10mbs, but they couldn't upgrade to 4mb, now it is back to 4mbs. When will we ever get 10mbs!
