Had the same issue with 50% speeds. They could not resolve it so I resolved the issue in its entirety.

i dont mind doing the troubleshooting etc, but only if its for a valid reason.
if a support engineer tells me its because my line is faulty or congested after I sent him screenshots of another isp account performing 100% on the same line and modem, he might need to go back to troubleshooting school
i also dont mind if they tell me something is broken, if that i have reached my threshold, because that would be a valid answer, and not be beating around the bush...
*feedback*
speeds are fine today, hopefully just some seacom hiccups, i just wish Mark , Josh and Watson could tell me that
