Got back to the office, did a test using the default Afrihost account and things are 100%

The normal speedtest always test as if the account runs smoothly. I have no idea how to do test to show that gmail is an issue. Youtube currently streams at 480p.

I have checked and have until Friday to cancel the account effective end of July. I will give it time till then otherwise I will be moving.

A video grab may help. If you can give us steps to recreate what you see, that's really the best way for us to understand.

Glad this was sorted. I don't believe we had an authentication issue, will have to check on this :(

Your latency looks pretty horrible. Pretty sure you were posting in the AfriGreen thread, which network is this on?
 
Seriously guys this is getting out of hand now.... Everyday ping goes to crap during the day. Am I going to start looking (not to imply I haven't been) for alternatives or are you guys fixing this anytime soon?

At this stage I have 200+ms to a local ts server and I can't even open gmail.

It is just too much of a hassle for me to find a program to record what is showing on my screen, etc.
 
Can someone please explain how the f*** I can download a video at 3,1 mbps from a website but can't even hit 0,5 mbps on a Google store update and can't even stream 240p without buffering on YT?!?!?!?!?!?!

EDIT: P2P running at a decent 320 KB/s.

That seems strange! Which DNS Servers are you using? Can you run a traceroute to Youtube.com please. It sounds like your routing may be poked.
 
My router is currently set to get DNS from isp.
Will start up the computer and run a trace route.
Was trying to run google updates and YT on my phone.
