Just did my research - how is it possible that every ISP offers this except for Afrihost (even the bad ones like telkom)
I mean even their sister company offers it. (Axxcess)
@AfriGuy @AfriFella (help a guy out here lol) I really need that 220GB xD
It just does not make sense - If i had to try mimic that package based on top ups, I would be paying R450 instead of R200 more and i refuse to believe your upstream provider would be like "NO WAY clients want more and want to pay more? How rude"

I filed a complaint against Afrihost at the ISPA for constantly blaming the provider [Rain] when I report a fault. ISPA said ISP's are not allowed to pass on blame as I effectively have an agreement with Afrihost to provide a service, not the provider.
I was then contacted by a very helpful Afrihost rep from their "Critical Care Crew", who helped me move from Rain fixed to MTN Fixed LTE.
I asked him about bigger packages, as I really want to have more Data.
Said there's no way they can give me bigger packages on MTN, except by using all my data first and other than topping up.
On the Rain Fixed LTE, I got 220 + 220 ( 6pm to 11pm) + rollover for R1350.
I also missed a month early last year, as I weren't home, so a lot of data rolled over, leaving me with basically 220 + 220 + ±200 almost every month the last few months.
I don't use a lot of data, but having a lot of data, gives me peace of mind that I won't get cut off before the end of the month and won't leave me feeling guilty every time I load a YouTube video.
I now pay R750/m for 150+150+rollover, so sure, I'm 'saving', but I was willing to pay more just for peace of mind that I won't have to feel guilty for loading a YouTube video...
