No I'm not, just posting some feedback here for you to pass on to the NOC team.

Since these issues are widespread in the south I don't think the CC team dealing specifically with my issue will be any benefit...

So I will just wait for the network upgrades.. :whistle:

Is anyone here on 20Mbs VDSL premium uncapped, I need to get some idea of the performance on gaming, streaming and some p2p now and again?

That hop could already be from a network point overeas, I'll check for clarification quickly.

Wouldn't get my hopes up, I've been told from Afrihost multiple times "Twitch is difficult sometimes" ergo nothing will change.

Twitch can be tricky, but that still doesn't mean that it shouldn't be watchable. Did you have an open query with Critical Care though recently?

Last time I was in contact with your CC team was September 2016, so no not recently.

Also, Twitch is unwatchable most of the time.

Between your DSL line and Capped account you shouldn't be seeing any performance issues with Twitch. Which DNS Servers are you using at the moment?

Are you seeing poor performance with all Twitch channels or only specific ones?

That's a yes on all streams being affected. I always have 'Get Automatically from ISP' turned on.
