My DNS Resolution seems very slow? And sometimes website won't load the first time.

manually set dns to 9.9.9.9 and 1.1.1.1, that's what i'm using.
 
Everything running great for me so far, streaming has been the highlight.

@AfriMan This is my randomly timed check-in to ask if there is any update on the routing?

You can use any of our channels - Phone, Email or Whatsapp. I also highly recommend using call back in ClientZone. That way, you can be where you need to be and no holding or waiting. The guys are usually pretty good at calling on time.

Yes, if you signed up, then you've locked in the promotion.

The free months only start when you are activated. If that's only in a couple of months, you'll still get the full benefit.

Is your DNS set to dynamically receive from ISP?

No issues with using Quad or Google DNS. However, we always recommend using our DNS on dynamic. That way we can also push new DNS to you if we have problems (even 3rd party DNS).

If you use external DNS, it can affect your overall performance so we can't guarantee what the results would be.

For the guys seeing latency issues - our network team has requested a fresh round of tests so that we can see if there are changes since their last round of tweaks.

Can you please test again and post your results?

then why is your dns taking google.co.za overseas according to that trace?

i hate macs too, but it's the same on pc aswell, not sure how an operating system will affect routing, maybe just a joke? @Loppas just showed the difference between ah and vox a couple of posts up, nothing has changed regarding ping to eu.
