When did u order.. Just so I can get an idea when mine will be delivered..

We usually deliver within a few days. We aim for 48 hours from the time your payment is completed and verified, but it really depends on where you are, etc.

Remember that if you are in JHB, you can also collect from our walk-in centre if you need it in a hurry :)

I ordered mine last Thursday 18th, and received it on Monday - I live in PLZ. So about 2 days ( excluding weekend )...

So I've cancelled with CISP. Just went through the Pure Fibre order process. Entered all details for migration, address for router delivery, yadda yadda, got to the R1.00 payment to confirm payment method, did the SMS OTP, then landed up in the Client Zone. No on-screen confirmation of the order, no email confirmation, Client Zone shows no active orders, no order history, nada. Is this normal, @AfriMan ?

Remember that we have to process everything. Normally it's in a matter of minutes, but I suspect we might have a ton of orders being process cos Pure Fibre is pretty popular right now.

Let's give it a couple of hours so our systems can catchup.

@AfriMan I ordered the 100/100 Pure Fibre and gave cancellation to my existing ISP on Monday.
They have a policy of 1 calendar month, thus will release at end of August.

Yesterday Bright Fibre called to do the installation and told them it is a migration.
Today I receive a message from Vuma that the installation was successful.

My internet just went offline now.
Contacted my ISP, and they said the line was migrated, they are not hosting it anymore.

WTF?

I don't want to lose a free month for just 6 days of usage?
Can you assist with a temp account for the 6 days, then activate my order on the 1st?

Just confirming this is normal. I didn't even see a "thanks for signing up, we'll be in touch" message, or email. I'd expect some kind of confirmation that my submission was at least successful? There's zero sign anywhere that I've even applied, which is my worry.

Unfortunately, we can't do test accounts on Vuma, they use DHCP mapped to your Vuma line.

That's part of the reason we offer 3 months, so that even if your first month is short, we can still give you 2 full months free. Best too move the line over now and be connected :)

Do I have your details on PM? I can always check if we have your completed sign-up on our side :)
