Speed is all over the place. A follow up trace had a high hop 4.
Even refreshing this page takes nearly 60 seconds. Torrents are running at about 70%.(I stopped them prior to speedtest and tracert)

Only Telkom can fix this We're still waiting for feedback on your fault.

Nothing has changed on our end, fantastic seeing some good feedback here though! We'll keep monitoring the situation
