My download speed on my 1mb account seems to be limited to about 70kb/s. Tried using the "Fix My Line" function in the clientzone but it doesn't seem to be working and keeps stating "An error occurred". Any help with this?
Glad to hear it. While new sessions were not authenticating properly, those clients who were connected should not have been affectedI had a slight hiccup with authentication but first reset I did sorted it out.

I must say that I find the new network to be so much better, especially when you want to watch a youtube clip or two with a download ongoing in the background.

Have you considered that there might be errors on your dsl line itself? Give Telkom a call and ask them to check or at least do a port reset.
