I got an update from our network team that they've identified a classification issue (which would affect shaping on shaped products) which may have contributed to poor experiences reported last night and the days preceding.
This has been fixed, and we expect performance to improve. We only fixed that around 10pm or just after last night. If the IPC upgrades go live, then we'll have tackled this from both sides to ensure our clients have the best experience
