Authentication failure

Router disconnected as scheduled. Establishing a new connection PPPoE login times out.
Tried diferent ISPs all give the same problem.

Anyone else having the same ?

Solved: Phoned Telkom fibre helpline. Recreated port and it works again.

Trying to understand what really went wrong, any idea appreciated.
