Try WhatsApp buffalo couriers, the number is 0813886570

Check they didn't hand over to another courier, I know mine is with Paxi, although they did email about.

I do find these guys utterly useless.

They use Fastway couriers for local delivery
 
I got a refund, they delivered 3/5 parcels..

the remaining two got returned for bad address, so its a mystery how I managed to get the 3 then.

No words..

How long did it take from Buffalo to paxi and for you to receive your parcel at paxi. I’m going through the same thing

Dunno, but in most cases you're just paying the 15% VAT once the item lands in Buffalos hands here in RSA, they will send you a message to please pay them, a day later the parcel is on its way to you
 
I ordered a parcel from Banggood on 5th May and it went via Buffalo as usual and I received my package on Monday morning 17th May.
12 days in total.

Ordered from Shein and it goes through Buffalo again. Just arrived in SA and just paid the duty+vat.

Ordered from Raru the same day and the ETA is only in July haha.
 
Just recieved another parcel this morning, quick quick. No fuss. Well Done Buffalo Logistics
