Cell C Network Issues: Disconnects, Coverage, Throughput Problems - Report Here

On FNB Connect which I believe is on CellC's back end and currently have no service in the Brackenfell area. Phone shows connected, 4G signal etc but no sms, no MMI codes and no data messages are sending.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Getting same issue in Sandton , Fully connected and registered on network , but can't browse or check balances.
 
CellC LTE terrible Latency on Giga100

Struggling with high latency and terrible speeds on Giga100 CellC LTE :(

I have a very strong LTE signal, attached a screenshot.
CELL_ID: 325889
RSRP: -59dBm
SINR: >=30dB

Also having issues on LTE, switched preference to 3G and having no issues so far.

I am based in Saxilby and work in Wilsonia. Used to rely on Roaming on Vodacom and as of yesterday network just disconnected. Tried 2 different phones and can no longer roam on Vodacom :(

"Sorry for you" and "sucks to be you" and "you don't spend enough with us to be considered a valuable client" are some of the responses you can expect from Cellc.

Just put a lot more diplomatically.
 
I have little to no reception in Oakdene near the Glen in JHB South since the storm on Thursday night. Thought whatever went wrong it would have been fixed by now but the network is still useless. I can't even send a whatsapp message at the moment.

Have a CellC prepaid voice sim, CellC 20GB contract and CellC 100GB sim. All have been having issues since Friday.

Our sites were affected by the bad weather. They have been restored now, please reboot your devices and advise of the outcome.

The entire trip using that road from town down West coast road is fine, up until that point where it dies in that area. I drop from LTE to 1 bar HSDPA. It's a major transit route, would be nice if you could upgrade it.
 
Anyone else having issues with CellC in JHB south since yesterday? Have no throughput at all and can't even load a facebook page. No signal at all. Restarted router etc. several times and still the same.

Ok sending location and details now. There's been no service for about 48 hours straight and counting. Tested with 3 sims, 2 prepaid one contract on 2 different modems as well as on 3 devices, my PC and 2 laptops.

Edit: Got contacted by Customer Care. Seems like they've fixed the issue for now. Thanks.

Hi the network is dead again. Same issue. Little to no service and can't even open a webpage.
