Cell C Network Issues: Disconnects, Coverage, Throughput Problems - Report Here

I just noticed my mistake. I bought the recurring 30-day bundle instead of the once-off 30 day bundle. SMH.
 
Hi my kids cant use mifi router since 18:00 last night till now..

Modem is ZTE MF920V...sugnal bar shows red and tried to put sim in dual sim phone but won't either.

Please help

Same thing happened to me last night. Rebooted and it was fine.
 
@Cell_C I tried using Cell C LTE on my Huawei E5572 MiFi router in hopes I would purchase the 50GB data bundle that is currently on special. To my disappointment, the LTE service is really slow, it almost feels like MTN limits the speed Cell C customers get. I am currently located in Vincent, East London, Eastern Cape. The LTE signal is strong (I get all bars in signal strength). I did a quick speedtest on MyBroadband and got these results:

I have a Cell C prepaid sim card which I mostly use for voice calls. Would love to use it for data as I will be working remotely soon. Link: https://speedtest.mybroadband.co.za/result/15749010

Will I get higher speeds on a 4G+ modem?
 
Weird Cell C routing issue today.

I have a Huawei B593 router and 2 LTE sims, which I rotate every few months, using Cell C 50Gb 6 month bundles.

Today the router suddenly failed to connect to all Internet sites.

Chrome failed with a connection reset error
Firefox failed with a Secure Connection failed error
FTP could not connect
Email failed with an error
DNS was working
Internet access showed normal on the WiFi menu
Cell C App showed the Sim had plenty of data loaded
Both 3G and 4G showed the same symptoms

Moving the failed Cell C sim to a tablet showed the same symptoms

The backup Cell C Sim worked fine.

So the diagnosis was that the failed Sim had somehow been deactivated.

However, several hours later the ‘failed’ Sim is working fine in the tablet!

Glad I do not have to go to a Cell C shop for support, but somewhat mystified as to what actually happened!

Why does my wife's iPhone show no service so often. It just looses signal randomly and takes a while to get service again. It shows Vodacom LTE then. While using her phone to navigate around Cape Town, the signal will be gone and show No Service. After a phone restart it will show no service and after about 5 minutes show Vodacom LTE. I have checked the settings and it is the same as your website.
Can you please advise on this.

Time of issue: 2 Months
Device Huawei-1C33
Tested everything except cellC. Nothing wrong on this side as far as I know!

Was brilliant in the beginning, six months ago. Now I can't even open Gmail. Some days reception is off completely. I am writing this using my phone's hotspot.
