Just a question since Vumatel are due to begin rolling out infrastructure in my neck of the woods in the next week or so...

Do you guys do any deals in terms of zeroing the Vumatel installation charge? Say if I take a 100mbps package, or go for a 12 month contract?

Won't necessarily alter my decision if you guys don't do it.... would just be nice to justify taking the highest package possible

You changed the 'routes' back didn't you? For about a week after you changed the routes, performance was as good as I've ever seen, but now, while it isn't terrible, it's nowhere as consistent as it was back then. Back then it felt like I suspect an uncontended business line feels like, while now it feels like I'm just one of five using this line...

For about a week after you changed the routes, performance was as good as I've ever seen, but now, while it isn't terrible, it's nowhere as consistent as it was back then. Back then it felt like I suspect an uncontended business line feels like, while now it feels like I'm just one of five using this line...

We never "changed routes" we changed carrier/layer2, routes and upstream/peering in London are the same. What makes you think this?

Remember that Vumatel offers payment plans of 3/6 months for the installation cost... maybe try that.
