We never "changed routes" we changed carrier/layer2, routes and upstream/peering in London are the same. What makes you think this?

Single thread download speeds were consistently 80%-90% of max line speed, where as now they around 50%-75%...

Any feedback from Openservre regarding performance issues during peak times ?

It really sucks to have 100Mbps and only get an unstable 15Mbps.

I chase for feedback daily, I am hoping for resolve in the next few days.

Remember that Vumatel offers payment plans of 3/6 months for the installation cost... maybe try that.

Paying it isn't really problematic for me...

I was just wondering, and would possibly have used it as a justification to bump up the line speed I'd end up requesting...

How about this one?

From AWS and via our direct connect with them, I got a peak of 35Mbps then back to around 20Mbps, nothing to do with our network or the last mile by the looks of it.

Any others?

EDIT Ironically using a linux box I would get 50Mbps then back down to 10Mbps then back to 50, so I presume they throttle their client sessions.

But isn't that a 1Gbps line?

We have 10Gbps from here, if the session is being limited by the host it doesn't matter what access you have to it. Or are you referring to the AWS direct connect?
