2.) ON Fibrehoods backbone my current package is 100/50 @R999. Is 200/200 available @R1499?

In theory yes, in practice no the packages didn't automatically publish as they should have. But you can now.

The option is not available for me in your portal?

You would pay the pro-rata rate for the difference in package, but there is no upgrade fee. If it is there it should be an option.

I can't see if the option is available on Cool Ideas portal as it says it will only allow me to upgrade/downgrade once the current invoice is paid which has been confirmed that it's been batched and should be deducted from my account today or tomorrow.

We are told it is supported, there is no upgrade fee. The once off is listed if you are applying for a new line.

As mentioned our side doesn't matter until the line itself is upgraded via Vumatel/Fibrehoods.

Yeah so the latest is that upgrades on the Aerial networks take 8hours to do per line, because it has to manually be done.
