Down in Norwood too, Vumatel Aerial. Happened earlier, around 11am. I got excited, rather naively believed the packet loss issue on my line was being addressed.:oops:

Was curious to know whether CISP will charge a cancellation fee (hidden somewhere in T&C's) in case I'm unhappy and wish to cancel within let's say 1 month? (or even less?) This would be on a Nitro Cool 200/200 on Frogfoot (Cape Town)

Cancel has to just be 1 month notice, no fees anything. But don’t take my word for it.

Isn’t it that after 6 months they don’t care about the router ?

CISP's website says "The Free router remains the property of Cool Ideas and will need to be returned to us if the service is cancelled." I just left WebAfrica after 2 years of fibre with them, and they wanted +-R1000 back for the router (currently worth less than R500), or for it to be returned to avoid being billed for it. Seems standard that we're just "borrowing" them.

It has to be 100% your infrastructure, I don’t have any of these issues you guys taken of although my infrastructure was upgraded a while ago after we did have the same issues as everyone else

I spoke to OS today and yesterday, they assured me that they tested my link and it's 100% fine. No other complaints from users connected to the exchange I'm connected to.

Looks ok now though
