Fair enough.
Just couldn't manage to hit that route over any testing aside from coolideas fibre account so thought it were somewhat isolated.

From Cape Town it looks like this to cisp.co.za, thats not the concern with packetloss though but here you go. Not sure why hop5 timeout but there is no packetloss to cisp.co.za.

Well I think it depends. The servers the other guys are having issues with, should be important how those ips are routed back.

This is your ookla speedtest server in Randburg. the same one we have been doing test for weeks against. it came back up and the jitter ping is still down. seems there is an issue on your network or on that server as all the pings drop from around the world. I still have the sensor running and got a notification when it failed.

Yeap was a router failure in the hosting portion, first we did a firmware upgrade which resolved the issue for a few hours but then the issue returned. The device was replaced this morning.
