We have done some major changes with Angola today, so let's see how things go this evening. Alternatively we pull the plug on the service until we can deploy in country.

Yup... my kid complained incessantly today "Dad the TV is buffering"
Mybroadband didn't want to load at times
Lost connectivity to mega.nz

I have to ask the question though... Isn't Angola a war-torn dump? I

We were using this prefix as a test prefix, looks to be going over WACS like it should not Angola.
 
@PBCool It is running much better tonight. Even on OpenServe game latency is a lot more stable even though it is going via EU...

This is more likely related to the longhaul, wrt Angola whatever it is, it's them who built and own the cable crossing from Angola to Fortaleza.

Thanks, hopefully the routing can get fixed in the future as well since it's still at 220ms while it is 160ms over vpn.

Also not sure why, but for the last few days Discord has failed or is incredibly slow at loading images. It is a rather new issues and unfortunately the IP it uses to download images stops at cloudflare: 104.16.247.144
 
ping to London seems to have stabilised last few days really unstable , hope it stays this way
