Increased international latency, huh CISP? Can't even stay CONNECTED to Battle.net, nevermind see my latency.
If this continues, I'm out.

Not sure if you guys are aware but last communication from CISP about Octotel they asked us to fill this excel sheet out whenever you experience issues (for me its every night so every night I add a new line) so that CISP can build a case for Octotel. Even if its just once please try do it, I really want internet sorted out here:
*EDIT iI you are only having issues tonight to the UK it might be related to the maintenance on WACS. https://coolzone.cisp.co.za/index.php?rp=/announcements/775/Cool-Ideas---International-Traffic.html
The excel sheet is more for people like me who have issues everyday.
I've been seeing slowdowns at night, but it hasn't impacted as much because I'm either gaming which only requires low latency to EU, or streaming Netflix/Youtube which are both locally hosted, so I haven't reported an issue. Just filled in the spreadsheet now though, and I'll start monitoring in the evenings now to contribute. It's clear there is an issue, tonight may have been exacerbated by WACS.
