Glad to hear your issues are sorted. Your streaming good too? Your upload still looks a bit wonky.
Streaming is perfect for the first time in weeks. I have logged a ticket about that upload speed in the beginning of December already. Maybe Octotel really did work on the network and they will fix that too. Now I hope they will do the southern suburbs as quickly as possible.
Not to be funny but that sounds like a lame excuse from their side. “Any day now” what do they mean by that? When the moon and sun align and we’ve all stood by the fire singing “cumbaya”So some feedback from Octotel is that they use a portion of Cape Town city's fibre network for backhaul and some of it is congested. It was supposed to be upgraded this week but there was some complication. It is apparently going to be done Any day now. As soon as I have further feedback I will update.

Neighbour across the road still has internet, Vox.Yup mine is dead too here in Cape Town. Cool ideas has gone to ****. Can anyone recommend a more stable ISP? I'll even pay more to end this bullshit.
And back up... Looking at my logs, this is a frequent event.
