On which fibre operator?
Hi There, Have you already paid Vumatel for the line installation?
Nope the line installation is ordered and invoiced via Vumatel, we never invoice for it.Errrr, I’m not sure, I thought that you deduct it off the debit order I have set up with Cool Ideas?

There is more overhead on aerial due to the PPP sessions, we set our sessions to 110/110Mbps sessions but the operator limits the line itself.Vuma Aerial
Got your mail, will have a look for you.I got my PPPoE credentials from Cool Ideas but when I try to enter them I'm getting an error 651. Please can someone help.
@PBCool, I received an email from Vumatel with an invoice for the Fibre line for R1710. I’m a little confused because I thought that was already paid for when I signed up?
I have received this exact invoice as well!!!
This was never agreed when i did my installation...
Considering using Cool Ideas with SADV. Not sure if they cover the R1700 setup free for SDU or not. Can anyone help?
I'm also considering Cool ideas as provider when Fiber gets installed by us. Had a look on their site yesterday and it stated that their service is subject to a Vumatel charge of R1710.
It's respective of the operator, with SADV you order the line through us so we charge as per our site. If it's with Vumatel it's directly with Vumatel so we don't charge.Cool, thanks. So I'm sure they will charge the SADV fee too then.
If you ordered the line from Vumatel you would have accepted to pay the line installation fee as part of that process.I have received this exact invoice as well!!!

All protocols have the same priority on the network. If they didn't it would be a shaped service@PBCool Just out of curiosity, what is Cool Ideas stance on Torrents? are they prioritized less than everything else?
