So lets kick off with some news exclusively for MyBroadband members: you can expect an announcement next week from Crystal Web about our products. The details will be communicated in the announcement and no other information can be released at this stage. We also begin testing of the new portal (v1 - very simple) end of this month, for deployment in the 1st two weeks of next month. We expect to deploy new features every two weeks thereafter.
 
Please note that this account is not manned by previous resources and we therefore cannot commit as much time as Shaun was able to, into this forum. We do however have a view of restoring support resources to the forum in due course, under certain conditions.

Intro FAQ and some additional information you may not know:

Q: Are you an existing MyBroadband member?
A: Yes (going on a decade)

Q: Will you disclose your other forum name?
A: No. I do not handle support queries like Shaun was able to and for obvious reasons am concerned that account will be banned

Q: Has Crystal Web ever employed shills or used pseudonyms to promote its brand on this or other forums?
A: Never. We have a very firm stance on this and even employees are warned against it. It is a dismissable offence in our business, for bringing our company name into disrepute.

Q: Is this account manned by more than one person?
A: Occasionally it may be used by other executive team members of the company

Q: Has Shaun returned to MyBroadband under another guise?
A: He registered to post answers in rebuttal to falsehoods posted, but was quickly banned and all posts removed. He will not be returning to MyBroadband unless the management of MyBroadband are prepared to sit down with us and talk to resolve any latent issues. Or even him personally. He holds no hard feelings, in his words, but believes that there are some issues that need to be resolved like adults and in a professional manner.

Q: Does Paul Hjul still post on MyBroadband?
A: No

Q: Is this account manned by Paul Hjul?
A: No

Q: Oh wow, Crystal Web isn't just Shaun and Paul and some guys in their underpants in bed answering customer queries?
A: Emphatically not

Q: Are other MyBroadband members part of the executive or management team of Crystal Web and related companies?
A: Yes, quite a few.

Q: Can you tell me more about next week's announcement?
A: Not at this stage, but we will be available next week to discuss the details once it is released.

Q: Will the announcement be on MyBroadband news?
A: We hope so. It will be submitted to them for publication if they deem it fit for that purpose.

Q: Are you available to respond to MyBroadband media queries?
A: Yes. Neither Shaun nor Paul deal with MyBroadband related business but the requests for information stopped with Shaun's banning.

Hoping its some major price reductions... Use to have some lovely chats on here with Shaun, even though im not a CW client. Told Shaun back then that pricing was just a bit too much for my pocket, but would hope that the pricing is reviewed. Great ISP though

Thank you. We really do invest a lot of effort in being the best we can be in all departments. Admittedly, we have fallen short on development and marketing, as well as communication with existing customers. The reason for that is we took a decision to never spam anyone, even existing customers. We did however take it a bit too far by almost falling silent. That will be rectified.

Ah, glad to see some CW representation back on MyBB, though I rarely visit these days.

As we have seen before in the past, personal and business forum accounts don't seem to be the best mix, especially with the fairly opinionated CEO's of CW (of whose opinions I mostly agree with). It can muddy the waters with dense people taking offense though.

Anyways, good to have CW back.
