Very valid question... after you posted I went and searched through the menus on their web page.You would think they would advertise their premium server as a selling feature
No mention of the news server.
Did I miss something?
Was mentioned shortly after new website was launched that it was to be added at a later stage iirc.

Well earlier I mentioned I was having a strange loading issue on YT, now I can barely stream ... ... Why has CW been so erratic lately ... It used to be amazing

Are you based in Cape Town? My streaming has been rock solid this evening.
Thats for netflix though. I'll give youtube a try and report back.

Thanks for testing, I am in PTA.
This issue has only started since they changed PWs a few days back ... ... Going to chat with support again tomorrow night.
No problem. Whenever I notice a drop in performance, I unplug the router and leave it off for about 10 minutes. Then start it up again.
This has helped me in the past, give it a go if you haven't already.

Weird, I'm having endless crap on my friend's Afrihost account (low on CW Cap) with YouTube only.
When I just back to CW all is awesome as usual.
Fortunately next month the new free time and larger cap means I won't need to suffer like this.

+1. Was streaming YT from 4Mbps Premium Uncapped @720P.
Not buffering at all.
Old and recently uploaded (i.e. <60 minutes of viewing); if that makes any difference (CDN n all that).
My CW account died twice this morning and had extremely slow speeds. My backup account worked every time cw died. Better now and getting good speeds again at the moment. Dunno what happened. Crystal Web usually performs excellently. If it happens again I will contact support.

I'm thinking it's an IS issue ..... when I see anything funky on CW and switch to WA, the same issues persist. I know for one, the last week or more, gone are my super low N.American pings, now it's the same as Mweb *spit*

Interesting that so many are having similar issues. I am in Pretoria.
I've tested with a Telkom test account too, though, and it is exactly the same.

Yeah some weird issues popping up lately, game disconnects, having to force some YouTube videos to 720p, last night the DNS went dead, had to use Google DNS to get internet.
