10mbps speeds are somewhat slower sitting around 700kbps usually AVG round the 850kbps mark or more.
This since about 10am. Can't complain otherwise. Latency is 50ms

This, i'm the same package and the performance is dismal right now.
The irony is that they promised better contention for premium uncapped accounts.

It's really getting tiresome now.

I still have to see if BF4's performance is bad or not. At this stage I cannot start a game - I am just to tired.
 
I've had a bit of high latency in the last 2 weeks to hetzners D.C. in JNB. Other than that it's solid.

Could it be that only home and uncapped products are affected?

On fast.com I get 8.4-8.9 on 10MB.

I am completely unaffected from the beginning on a 150gb Premium Capped.

So it seems very much location based.
 
My experience with CW had also been rock solid until the beginning of this month.

Now, most of the day, download speeds are halved. Switching to my simple prepaid Afrihost account maxes them out with no issues.

This is really disappointing, and if the situation isn't sorted within the next couple of weeks it will be time to change ISPs.

Fingers crossed.
