I hope you are all reporting this via support. CW doesn't actively monitor this thread.My experience with CW had also been rock solid until the beginning of this month.
Now, most of the day, download speeds are halved. Switching to my simple prepaid Afrihost account maxes them out with no issues.
This is really disappointing, and if the situation isn't sorted within the next couple of weeks it will be time to change ISPs.

The lack of communication here is a poor show.
As a potential customer, I monitor this thread to know what is happening, why it's happening, what they doing about it etc.

I was playing some online games to EU today, no surprise I had lots of latency spikes like usual. Logged into test account with another ISP(AH) and guess what? No spikes. Logged back into CW...spikes all over the show. Now tell me that its NOT a CW/IS problem?!
maybe if you concentrated on your rugby instead of online gaming the lions will be playing in next weeks final god damnit!![]()
Considering all the issue between MyBB and CW why on Earth would/should they respond here?
Also don't be too quick to jump to the conclusion that it's by CW's choosing...
