Fan-friggin-tastic!Today my speeds are back to normal on CW - 94.85Mbps on a 100Mbit line. On a Telkom account I get 99.74Mbps. For most of this month thought I've been getting under 55Mbps. Hope this improvement lasts, otherwise I'm cancelling with CW. Their much vaunted service is non-existent.
What is there to communicate regarding Seacom? htxt.com incorrectly attributed an email to CW and you climb down CW's throat? Jeez :wtf:
Hi folks - Adam, the publisher from htxt.africa here. You're absolutely right - our writer attributed the email to the wrong ISP, the notification about SEACOM came from Cybersmart (as the quote suggests) and not Crystal Web at all. Apologies for any confusion caused - somehow this one slipped through our usually stringent editing process and was only picked up this morning.
We'll be tightening up the editorial process at our end in order to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Mine is still capping at 55mbs. AH running full speed. And? Is the 100mb Telkom thing fixed??
I don't understand why the usage emails still aren't fixed. How can 19 days not be enough to work out why they're broken?

During the last time Crystal Web leaked all their usernames, we learned that it's not Crystal Web who creates and sends these emails, rather these emails are generated and sent by Internet Solutions directly. Given that Crystal Web no doubt got upset with Internet Solutions for leaking all their usernames (+ data usage), I'm guessing that Internet Solutions is wary of doing any more "quick fixes" to the code in question.
Personally I'm hoping for proper usage emails again some time in 2017, and then hopefully a portal in 2018.
