Why are people hating on CW if sync is controlled by Telkom/OS??
Isp's cannot influence it at all.
To confirm, CW customer in CpT with 12meg sync and no other issues.
Because there's zero communication from Crystal Web. Unless you go to them, there's zero information, and if you do go to them you just get a short, canned response that doesn't actually answer any questions. It just says "trust us".
Crystal Web refuses to tell us what's going on, they refuse to tell us for how long it will be going on, they refuse to tell us what they will do to fix it besides sit on their arses, they refuse to tell us if we will be reimbursed for the lack of service.
Crystal Web, once again, refuses to take ANY responsibility for the situation. Just like the 3 times they "lost" their customer database and my info got plastered all over the internet, their only reply is "it's not our responsibility, it was some supplier".
Despite what Crystal Web claims, the problem seems to only have hit Crystal Web customers, and we only know this because of our own detective work. So either Crystal Web are clueless or they're lying to us, neither option is good for us.
Oh, and with the complete lack of information, I guess that my internet connection will be completely cut off on Saturday and I will have no internet connectivity for the weekend. Should I get another ISP to take over my ADSL line before then to be sure that I will be online this weekend? I don't know, Crystal Web refuses to tell me.
I could go on, but this situation is beyond ****ty no matter which angle you look at it.
