I actually thought that my firewall was blocking all incoming ports. Apparently this isn't the case anymore.I had the same problem a while ago. Easy fix was to block incoming traffic on port 53.
But I do agree. CW can at least give 24hours notice before just suspending your account. This is bad business.
It's not a difficult fix and I have zero problems with implementing it, I'm just tired of being told after the fact, that my account has been locked.
Hell, if I had to Google the problem, I wouldn't be able to without another ISP account or mobile Internet. I wouldn't even be able to go on live chat. I wouldn't even have SEEN the damn email.
