So the month is over and I can see how much data my household has used. Man we go through a lot. And 100Mbps fibre is still around the corner lol.

What account you on? When I told support that I use just under 1TB a month they said the system would flag me no matter the package and so they would have to make a custom one.

500GB Xtreme Capped. My last usage email from CW said my account has used 220GB of the 500GB. In fact, since the introduction of the midnight to 6pm uncapped window it's been possible for me to change the 500GB to a 350GB account. I haven't though, on account of the pretty high overall usage.

Perhaps CW were talking about uncapped packages. It would be retarded to flag 1TB no matter what, as many capped accounts are quite close to 1TB and can reach it easily using the uncapped periods.

I think it's a safe bet that 1TB is not a threshold across all accounts, as they offer an uncapped 100Mbps Openserve fibre bundle for R1799pm. You can breeze past 1TB like it's nothing with that kind of speed. I would know - I had a 100Mbps connection at my previous address.

No I haven't, figured when they ready they will send.

On a side note, haven't received my bill as yet.
