Thanks for the update.

It would have been nice if CW could communicate this type of info to us via email at least; instead of leaving us to make up our own conspiracy theories why things are falling apart.

P.S. That Padio message board thingy is not working for me. I registered but I don't get the "info" CW is suppose send out.

How do you know the name of the agent? The support don't seem to know the above, and official comm from them has been scarce.

why would you need to contact the CEO? does Crystal Web not have any support agents? If so, what do they get paid to do?

I have only recently been active on the forum, work has been taking all my time. I see the CEO was also banned from the forum, which is a LOL considering how he was a "regular contributor".
 
So signed up yesterday because I need free time data. The issue that I have now is I can't find any place to check usage or what package I'm on or anything like the other ISPs have. Maybe it's too early but I don't see anything like that on the website.

I get a mail every day with my usage stats.
I am on uncapped home premium, so it doesn't really matter to me.

As for the package, that is on you invoice. Also the account name they give you indicates that, if I am not mistaken.
