Please test this evening and let us know whether everything is back to normal :)

No problem at all. Even sent through some bandwidth charts of our network for you and an explanation so you can see what was happening on the network at those times in your area, so you can be 100% sure on your end too.*

If I move my ADSL line to you guys can you do this for me as well? I have issues with EC (high latency/packet loss) during "peak" times.

If any change will be made it needs to be made relatively soon as I'll only be in Durban for about 4-5 more months till my studies are complete.

Thanks again, being able to stream EPL/La Liga/UCL is one of the few pleasures I'm allowing myself during Honours. So EC really kills those few hours of rest and relaxation I should be having.
 
Found the issue. Will update as soon as the problems are rectified, which will only be possible from next week onward.
 
So if I switch my line over to CW, could they influence telkom to upgrade my exchange? Currently stuck at 4mb max

not a chance. best anybody would be able to do is get you re routed to another dslam IF there is one available and IF the cut over is feasible
 
Hi CW support - my capped account (new profile) died last night around 11pm and is still dead.

Pathping to crystalweb.co.za shows 5th hop out of PE is completed broken (100% PL) - look at screenshot. Afrihost backup account 100% fine, per shot.

Please help !

Seems to be dying on your upstream provider at 196.35.115.136 ...

After 12 and CW live support nowhere to be found.
