This is what I do love about CW.
I accept that things won't always go 100% right, but as long as there is proper communication, I'm a happy camper.

If I move my ADSL line to you guys can you do this for me as well? I have issues with EC (high latency/packet loss) during "peak" times.
If any change will be made it needs to be made relatively soon as I'll only be in Durban for about 4-5 more months till my studies are complete.

Pathping to crystalweb.co.za shows 5th hop out of PE is completed broken (100% PL) - look at screenshot. Afrihost backup account 100% fine, per shot.
