Then there may be a delay on our end and I apologise for that. We've introduced some changes to prevent this for the next payment run...
Sent through a screenshot of the Snapscan payment to support and billing.

Send it off to billing @ Crystalweb . Co . Za

The teams there will fix up for you.

Usage tracker is now deprovisioned as we prep to deploy the new portal. You should be getting usage mails and notifications when you hit 75%, 90%, and 95% of your cap (if on capped). If not someone on support can ensure you're moved on to the notification system...

Tnx emailed them but saw on my ref I messed up 1 digit my bad :(

Ah, yes that will mean it's sitting in unreconciled payments. Impossible to know with certainty who made that, hence the reminders now going out, and the link provided to update. Thanks for figuring that one out...

I just realised this morning that I have now been with CrystalWeb for just over 1 year and 1 month.

Longest I've ever stayed with a single ISP. Lots of ups and downs during the early days but everything has been great for a while now. Was worth staying.
Overall support has been great and I've had no billing issues.

I'm currently on the 10Mbps Premium Business Uncapped package.

HTTP downloads as well as Twitch streaming have been perfect no matter the time of day.
With online gaming I have never been dropped or had ping spikes.

Keep up the great work CW!

Thanks for the wonderful feedback, Phinix.

Hopefully this materialises into some great feedback in the next round of Top ISP voting as well. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge, say no more. :D

Any update on my line?

Always best to talk to someone on support or sales about this sort of thing as it pertains to personal information that's not freely available vs your forum name. Also difficult for multiple agents to know the context here (and we have multiple people looking at mybb).

Hmm, that Kzn issue that cropped up last week or the one before seems to have made a return. Been ok up until about an hour ago.

Again, seems to be an IS issue as the Mweb is untouched but CW and WA are funky

Hi, it's regarding exchange congestion and moving my line to CW so you guys can try to make a plan for me.

I PM'd "Crystal Web Support" my line number on 07-08-2015 01:25 PM.

Just wanted to know if there was an update on the situation. I'm in no rush as I'm busy writing tests this week.

Apologies, Missed your post there.

Could you PM me your line number, I'll see what I can find. No guarantees unfortunately...

Our systems already picked it up. Should balance that off in a few min for you and fix it up.
