Been testing this constantly and all connections into their DC are perfect, and the bandwidth and classification is correct. Also unable to replicate on my side, so can say with confidence that this isn't related to us at all. I do however know that their servers and bandwidth are being hit VERY hard since RWC started...

Well, it was a 1gbps laser between two buildings. Same thing
DJ - strangely, everything else works just fine, even nntp, but netflix doesn't do its 720-1080 like it used to
Indicates a packet loss issue in all likelihood and ping, resulting in receive window issues, which won't always impact downloads but will affect streaming. And is indicative of your line troubles the last while. Have you chatted with support, because I'm out in meetings from 10am today until very late...
So, now that Telkom are starting to zero-rate things like DSTV and iTunes streaming for R99 a month can we get some streaming love too![]()
