Reckon it is a Telkom area issue in Centurion, tested it with another account and could not open anything, pings are very erratic.

There are numerous network notices out from Telkom regarding faults with Telkom's uplinks in the centurion area. Current ETA is 5 hours.
 
Upgraded my capped account and paid with snapscan. Now getting an overdue payment reminder and suspension email. WTF guys ?
 
How do I verify what the payment reference is that I specified on the new payment system in June/July? I think I remember what it was, but I wanna make 100% sure.

We are without interwebs at work from 3 August. It comes and goes - connected for 10-20 minutes and disconnected for 30-40 minutes.

I logged a second ticket 13 August and still waiting for the tech to visit.

Hi There,

does crystal web have a number i can contact? I want to find out some info, as i plan on moving to CW from the 1st of September, and would like them to take over my line?
