I signed up for the trial account ages ago, I've now signed up for a Home Capped 90GB but my "https://books.zoho.com/portal/crystalweb" account appears to be linked only to my trial account - thus I can't see my invoices or anything.

That's really just a temp portal for now from our invoicing system. Happy to amend this though if you PM me your details...

Just a quick update regarding the portals:

The developers have hit a slight delay, However within the next few hours the portals will be launched with Basic Functionality. All Clients will start receiving their login details tomorrow morning.

We will then slowly begin to introduce all new functionality and features over the course of around 2 weeks.
 
Are the debit orders working properly now..? Still paying manually but would be nice to stop worrying about it.
 
I have been having really bad ping problems of late while gaming, tonight I tried to play some Battlefield 4 and I have been having seriously bad lag spikes, anybody else getting similar stuff?
 
My CW account actually performed much better than my VoX account last night on BF4.

VoX average ping was 140ms to local servers, CW was the normal 5ms - 28ms location depending.

Much happiness on CW.

Had some bad ping last night as well. Around 9pm or so, my ping on LoL went from 200ms to about 350-400ms. Hopefully it doesn't happen every night :/
 
Busy. Deployed to a few and just fixing some front end stuff quick. What we're going to do is simply release the portal with usage data and thereafter we're going to implement all new features gradually...

Still testing a few things here with a few customers. We'll be sending an official notice tomorrow to everyone about the portals with relevant access details, deployment plan for all functionality, and instructions...
 
When will CW be offering the 8MB line fee that Telkom is bringing in ? (this is the line with CW, not any data)... I see that other ISPs are already offering ?!
