Hi guys,
As a temp measure, I've activated a basic version of the portal for you on www.crystalweb.co.za/portal.php
This will redirect for now to another server but don't be alarmed, this is ours, and during the course of today another redirect will be put in place as well while we finalise a few other features and functions.
Your login is your email address and ADSL password.
For now you'll have access to usage info, basic charts of the usage, and session information for the day. And a whole host of new features are deploying over the coming days as well. My apologies for the delays. From this point on we can get the more advanced functions out fairly easily and doing so is top priority from our side as well.
An email is also still going out about this to all customers confirming the above and your login credentials...

Looks good so far! The final version is going to show running totals though, right? Like, total this month for peak/night. Current one is only showing per session, unless I'm missing it.
The total is there above the chart, and by today should also include peak and off peak split.

And minor feature request for the future, totals per day instead of per hour? (unless I'm missing that too)

Yup, that's already built, and will deploy soon. The dashboard layout will be changing considerably, as will the stats and charts section once fully deployed...
Working here without a hassle in both browsers.

For me the new dashboard is terrible.
When i land at the page, i want to see my off peak hours cap left, my after peak cap left, and a graph of daily usage. Similar to the old page i guess.
The new one says daily usage graph, but its actually hourly.
Right at the top it says: DAILY USAGE GRAPH (TOTAL USAGE - MONTH TO DATE: 39.62 GB ). Ok is that peak and off-peak?

That's total, and as mentioned the peak and off peak split will be in there as well, hopefully today.
What you're seeing is hardly the finished product. Far, far from it...

Won't let me login with my details, mebbe connected to my atrocious latency. Will give it a day or 2.
Only reason you couldn't login would be that your email has previously been removed from usage reports on our side at your request. Which means I'll need to manually authorise you for the new portal.
Regarding the latency, can you PM me any of the tests so I can see what's cooking here for you?

On-topic, I also had some spikes in WoW last night, but resolved within an hour or so.
