Changed over to Mweb, sites are all there so it's probably a big IS fail somewhere. Lots of this on CW atm -

Are you guys using Unotelly by any chance?

AFAIK it's not available during this time on a Sunday.

EDIT: Either forum is broken, or this issue is causing double posts all over the place for me. Last 2 consecutively were double posts for me.

Nope, no Unotelly.

There appears to be a countrywide issue, just spoken to support and they are investigating with IS. I think we can probably expect a post from DJ... sooner rather than later.

Is Is Web Africa having similar problem? How do we know it's an IS issue

I posted that I was struggling with some websites. I got this generic reply via Live Chat.

Hi,

International has been reported with issues on the IS side because of a DNS issue. Try switching to the Google DNS to see if this helps :)

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Hi Guys,

Seems there was indeed an issue across multiple ISPs and not only on the IS network.

Initial reports suggest it was an issue with DNS caused by a major DDOS attack and changing to google dns is a workaround.

We are seeing things return back to normal at the moment however, If you are still having issues, please have a chat to support for further assistance.

Spoke a bit too soon ...

Issue is being investigated. Changing to Google DNS may help a bit
