My internet very slow, busy streaming and its just completely bogged down???

Speedtest:
1.2Mbps download
Ping 170ms

I have ping plotter running and realised when my phone uploads to icloud my ping shoots up drastically and whole internet becomes slow.

I then managed to find "bandwidth management" in my router and set a limit of 900kbps out of 1019kbps (10mb line), this made a huge difference, now I don't even notice when my phone is uploading.
 
Seemed to have resolved itself in about 15mins. Thanks, will run diagnostics next time if it persists longer
 
Will keep an eye out for that, i do upload to cloud but wasnt at the time, but ill def give my router settings a look at

When you upload at your line's maximum upload speed your connection quality will be substantially reduced. This has nothing to do with Crystal Web but rather ADSL technology itself. If you're using the full capacity of your line (upload or download) it will cause a degradation of all other services. This is irrespective of the ISP you use, and the type of data you are using. Happy to hear you came right though...

Indecently, I had had supper at my brother-in-law earlier, watching YouTube on his brand new 4K TV at 144p was a real joke - He's with another ISP - I told him to take you guys for a spin. Seems my choice is vindicated with the latest poll results, I'm pretty sure he won't be disappointed. Well done guys.
 
Congratulations Crystal Web for taking top honours once again! It's well deserved. I couldn't be happier with the performance of the Premium Uncapped product, and the stellar service I've received since the very beginning.
 
As it should be.
I guess people don't want fancy bolt on and value adds and stuff, but consistent reliable Internet, and support.
