Which package?
Thanks. 425+GB capped on a 10Mbps line. My area's Telkom fibre installation is supposed to be a week or so away from completion, so I'm hoping to be on a 20Mbps line or faster from sometime this year.

CW prioritises real-time services, which includes streaming and gaming. Your gaming should be fine.

Good luck getting your Portal login details. I've been with them for 20 days and all they keep telling me is that the devs need to allocate my email address to the portal. :erm:
Any news on this? usage tracking via portal is still broken.

No clue, but these things take time to implement. They're a new ISP, so give them a little time
Would be nice if there was a temporary usage tracker page, even if it's incredibly basic, any chance of us getting something like that until the new portal is ready?Ripstorm

I can confirm that your order was submitted to Telkom, Not sure why they have not processed it yet however so I have sent a query off to them to find out what the hold up is - Could just require a push through manually from their side

Ask support if they can hook you up with an usage email. It goes out about 03:47 (the time I am getting mine) and it makes much more sense than what is currently available in the portal.

Just remember they have been ISP of the quarter for 3 quarters now, so you can't consider them a "new ISP" anymore. They also made it on the MyBB results as well, which is another validation (or MyBB couldnt think of more excuses not to)

My thoughts exactly. It's quite ridiculous of an ISP not to have at least a BASIC working portal, and what irritates me the most is the amount of time I've been waiting just to receive my login details for it. This isn't 1999... :erm:

Lol - go onto the online help, and ask for usage reports. Since moving onto the new profiles, all reports seem to have stopped working.
At least my internet is working brilliantly, hardly anything to complain about really.

Nightly email usage reports are still working for me and the portal is slowly coming to life but usage there is still screwy (reporting only 2 days in Sept).
