Which link? My PDF invoice only has the following links:
- http://crystalweb.co.za/snapscan-payment.php
- http://www.crystalweb.co.za/relationshipagreement.php

Neither of those have an option to change reference.

Also, I put in a default reference called Crystal Web Internet because we were mos using invoice numbers as reference to begin with. So I clicked Pay before I changed it this time, so that's the reference I used. Now obviously I don't want to use that reference in the future, so I just want to clear this payment one time, and use my usual reference again from next month.
 
I can't connect to my account at all. Posting this with a mobile connection.

Can you talk to billing? I'm in back to back meetings and have been since the weekend, so very difficult for me to personally intervene here until later today...

Sorry didn't check back here until now. The connection is working again. Not sure what happened. Took quite a while to start working again. Hopefully it was the Telkom fibre installation guys doing stuff to the local infrastructure.

My line went down as well earlier in Walmer.
My son called at around 10 to say the lights were red.

It started working again about 30 minutes after.

Snap, phones and ADSL went out here in the Western Suburbs as well, checking logs a site on Govan Mbeki also. Newton Park not affected.
 
International connectivity almost dead for me now. Local working fine.
