Linkside?

Mill Park. I'm not expecting to be up and running any time soon. The installation guys aren't working very quickly. Took them 2 weeks to do one stretch of pavement. Ah well. At least the installation is happening.

Busy chatting to the project manager... the splitters in Linkside are almost complete, then they move to Mill Park. He wants both finished by Christmas...

Is anyone else having UnoTelly issues? iPlayer has been rubbish today.

Edit: It's not just UnoTelly. Http downloads failing unless through download manager, websites timing out etc.

Nope. Perfect this side. Might just be congested exchange, or area issues.

Definitely not on our end. Plenty work happening on Telkom exchanges around the country. Did you talk to support about it at all? You can PM me an MTR result if you'd like and your username and I can take a look?

Thanks, but I don't think it's necessary. It's cleared up now. Might have been exchange work then.

Quite possibly. Seeing quite a few Telkom issues tonight that is not on their network notice board...:mad:
 
Looks like Randburg just went down on Telkom's side.

If you're in or around Randburg and have lost connectivity, you'll need to wait it out until Telkom resolve this fault...

lol thanks for the help DJ, Randburg may have just come back up as i am posting this off the line that just dieded!
 
Authentication from Cape Town (Belville) has been redirected by SAIX to Rosebank this evening from 10pm. I suspect this has caused some issues on the Telkom side. Seeing NAS-Request disconnects which means the Telkom system is calling the disconnection to clients' lines and the subsequent authentication request is failing thereafter.

Checking this now for you guys, but it should be coming back up now for everyone on Telkom's side.

EDIT: yup, can confirm Telkom AAA servers took a hit and died temporarily. All looking normal again, so this was the cause...

DJ my account is not working. Doubt it's exchange related as my backup account with AH is working. Sending a PM with details now. No live support online either...
