So DJ... turns out the company laying the fibre is 'Link Africa' which sucks since CW isn't on that network.
But I will stay with CW, since speed increase isn't worth changing ISP.

Happy to announce that even though Zayo/Blizzard have still not sorted out their network, we came up with a plan after much persistence, trial, and error, and Blizzard traffic should be down to its usual self or close to thereabouts. Once Zayo sort things out on their end we'll "put things back" the way they were before.
Let's just say we all got a bit sick of waiting for them to sort out their own problems...

Could have saved a lot of hassle over the past few weeks in getting my VDSL router to work.
I had an issue with my router, Netgear Nighthawk, would sync but no Internet access, the VLAN ID was the problem, took a while to figure that out. Telkom loner router also a Netgear didn't have a problem, the switch to VDSL was hassle free, I think my problem was more of an anomaly than anything elseI'm downgrading from fibre to VDSL on account of moving to a new house. What issues have you had with VDSL? I was hoping it would be hassle free.

CPT and JHB upgrades complete. KZN ETA for completion has moved up by one day to COB 13/06/2016 (next Monday). So good news all-round...
What can we expect after these upgrades?
