I was just thinking that carbonite is a site full of gamers and a lot of praises for CW is floating around on that site. Go where you're wanted was my thought. :)

Carbonite is primarily a marketplace though. MyBB's reach into the SA community is much, much greater.
 
This is not cool. Now that DJ is gone we hear no more talk about new stuff coming soon or when it might launch.

But since they have technical and smack talk areas it might just be the place we can communicate with DJ. It is not happening on this site anymore. A lot of clients want to communicate with DJ.

And it's a lot less PC, but a lot less animose than MyBB. I have a hunch he'll enjoy it there. And it's better to be there than nowhere.

Because it's not ready.
It had to be redone from scratch with a different provider
 
sigh...they just told me i need to sign up for a new account. No man...already did the rica stuff when CW started. gahh....

Unfortunately none of the initial mails have anything like a account number/username etc in them.
 
After confirming with Telkom in a Telkom store that my line is in the holding pool, CW tells me on the live chat that they can't transfer my line. Same old error about it not being feasible because another operator is already active. Ffs I can't take this anymore.
 
For a long time I believed that uncapped and unshaped are mutually exclusive unless you pay so much you may as well get capped data. Well after running out of cap (300Gb) several months in a row I decided to take the risk and try out 10Mb Premium Uncapped at the same price.

So far 234GB used in 10 days. Line still 100% unshaped. Youtube, Netflix all in HD. Downloads at line speed.

You could say Im a convert to uncapped :-)

Had a squiz quickly, no issues with YT this side, 4mb line. Hope it comes right for you and no big issues.

Thanks for checking it out ... ... After the PW change that CW did, I was stuck @4mbps with my line dipping as low as 1mbps, they did a port reset and my speed seems fine but I get between 1.5 and 2.5mbps throughput on YT.


Very odd, normally my line is great
 
General speeds have been a bit wonky today. Any issues you guys picking up?
 
Speeds are very erratic at the moment on home capped.
