CW home basic uncapped is shaped though. It's just the degree of shaping that is probably a lot less than WA's.

Interesting. What are the technical differences in shaping on WA, that makes it more shaped? I know WA is throttled as well - as should CW Basic accounts be.
 
It's basic math. You're nowhere near 1% of that yet, so it should stay at 0%.

EDIT: It's 0.0012%, to be exact.

But seems the percentage is on the entire off peak amount not the Peak one that matters.

Yeah it's clearly based on the (wrong) amount that they have on there. What did live chat say about it?
 
@SauRoNZA oh I see what's going on. You're on uncapped for some reason. Mine shows the same amount of cap remaining.

I doubt their support staff would even know about it if it were coming. It's not a question they can answer so take that with a pinch of salt.
 
I just communicated with them and they deny that statement.

Well I have it in my chat with them. They later sent a mail correcting and clarifying it. When I said the above, it was very much what they said.

You can call me a liar, but I have the proof.
 
Hi all. As management of Crystal Web we have decided to re-engage with the community via the forums only for now, as numerous customers it appears are upset with us over Shaun's banning. Unfortunately we cannot comment on that for various reasons. Our absence has been in lieu of uncertainty over MyBroadband's position on our company, as we do not wish to dedicate resources such as salaries and time to a forum where the reps may be banned. We have taken the decision not to engage on any subjects of relating to our executive team, as a result and will consider a more regular support orientated approach should all remain peaceful and civil from MyBroadband's management.
