As in, you are experiencing the issue right now. It's a good date-stamp for us to use to check everything. These profiles are not simple things and there is nothing obvious. So I have roped Shaun in to check it and he asked for as much data as possible right now.

Yes as in right now. Since Saturday it's been like this. Even my downloads overnight.

WA account again runs at full speed.
 
My NNTP max out on 1MB/s on a 40Mb VDSL.
Not complaining :)

Could certainly be some config tweaks here.

Can you make sure it is sent to the ticket desk? Best to pop these into an email. I'll coordinate and keep comms open on here about it for you guys.

Really not complaining. Tuned the NNTP threads down to 5 per server. Downloading 5 points of interest per day are more than me and SO consume a day. :whistle:
 
And as soon as it hits 18:00...my speed jumps up on CW.

Will test against tomorrow before 18:00 and I'll bet it will be 10mb again.

Still not the 97mbs it is supposed to be and used to be on CW though.

Think we've spotted a profile issue here with the config. Going to try sort it out over the next 48hrs.

Mind if I get in touch privately to test?
 
Another night in "low speed hell" ...

Torrents stuck at 5mbps and throughput on YT stuck in the same place ... ... Cannot stream source on Twitch... Sigh


WinMTR is fine, alone with all other tests ... ... starting to lose my mind here

I know this happened twice in the past on my account and each time it was some setting that reset. Anyway. Let me know what I should test.
 
Seems it's my turn now to get hit by throttling. Trying to download a video, but download speeds fluctuate wildly between 2Mbps and 8Mbps on a 10Mbps line, and latency to the first uplink that replies jumps between 100 and 400ms, even when the download speed is very low. Normally I get full speed on video downloads without a problem.
 
Could be, but it's a great coincidence that it happens just as Crystal Web are having major problems. OTOH, never underestimate the power of Telkom to **** you up.
