It's not a mail, it's a tweet by their support organization.
Definitely an email in my case, but I assume it is part of their Status reports and I selected email as the communication method or something to that effect.
 
I'm sure everybody got the mail, but here is a copy.

"A Maintenance Update Has Been Posted During the course of our maintenance window, a critical fault was uncovered. This has required new hardware and a new configuration of various components that are integral to the premium news server service. We expect the final configurations to take place by CoB Monday 6 February. Rest assured, the premium news server has not been deprecated, as has been speculated. We apologise for the inconvenience, and encourage you to switch the our standard news server as an interim measure. Feb 4, 01:44 SAST

I don't seem to receive any actually important CW emails.

Usage every night without a problem though.
 
I think it is part of the Network updates I've subscribed to, as Sinbad indicated he saw the message as tweet, but mine came in via email about 2 hours before the usage report.

Hectic, is it really worth it to receive these updates?

CW is so bad with relaying info these days. I subscribed to this podio thingy but CW still don't provide the info they promised.

Huh? They only relay network issues via that channel. No issues = no info.

They just don't seem to like me.
 
Anyone knows what's gonna happen with the 150GB free time package. It's not on their website anymore and they state you only get free time on the packages from 250GB up.
